And one of his construction workers, a registered sex offender, has access throughout the facility to perform maintenance. And this registered sex offender also has been seen handling high-powered guns at Donald Herman's residences.
I've seen others refer to Donald Herman and Willow Creek as a ticking time bomb. They've got it exactly right. This is a potentially deadly arrangement. When will we get someone with authority looking into this situation? After something happens? When it's too late? It's not too late yet.
