As the tides turn ... the Willow Creek saga continues.

Perhaps Don Herman should go by the name, "Don Juan" -- you know, that fictional character who was a womanizer, who took great pride in seducing as many women as he could. Well, it's possible that Don Herman just may be the non-fiction version.

Let's see ... Don (Juan) Herman wooed Julie, from Salt Lake, who at one time was his fiancee. And he convinced her to invest $1 million-plus into the business he owns and runs -- Willow Creek Assisted Living in Las Vegas.

While he was engaged to Julie and taking her money, Don (Juan) Herman met a Lexus car saleswoman named Jennifer. (Don's got matching Lexus's by the way; isn't that special?) He was able to convince her to provide more than $500,000 for  his Willow Creek Assisted Living Business.

That's over $1.5 million total, in case you don't have a calculator, that he was able to suck from two women. (Some estimate the total investment to be more than $2 million.) That's not a bad ROI (return on investment). I wonder who he miht be working on even now that we don't know about?

The tides turn, indeed. These women have been taken, in a major way, by Don (Juan) Herman, and what do they have to show for it? I'm sure these two ladies weren't expecting dates, dinners, drinks and movies as their form of a payback on their investments.

And how about this little item: It's been revealed to me that Don (Juan) Herman's personal assistant is a federal felon in addition to also being his neighbor in one of the tony neighborhoods near one of the many homes in which Don (Juan) Herman lives.

Now all I'm doing is laying out information here. I'll let you do the math. Add this up: $1 million-plus from ex-fiancee Julie, plus more than $500,000 from girlfriend Jennifer, plus matching Lexus's, plus a cache of high-powered weapons that any arms merchant would be proud of, plus an abundance of narcotic pain medications, plus a number of homes in high-priced neighborhoods, plus some relatively high-level resignations at Willow Creek not too long ago over misappropriation of funds. Is it possible that Don (Juan) Herman is paying for personal expenses out of company funds? Like I said, all I'm doing is laying out facts. I'll let you draw your own conclusion.

I'm not sure where you're getting your info from, but I'd like to hear more about this guy and about this place, Willow Creek. It's obvious that this is insider information, from someone in the know there, and I appreciate your shining a light on it. We all need to be informed consumers, and you don't get this kind of stuff from promotional brochures, tours of the grounds, discussions with doctors and residents, or even from the balance sheets.

It's important, especially for a place that exists to assist people with living their daily lives, to know what's going on in the background, out of sight of a consumer's ability to really find out and know what happens behind closed doors.

Please keep these updates coming. I'll be watching to see how this story evolves before I make any decisions.

Thanks.
