Wilshire Credit Corporation Excessive Payment Processing time Results in Late Charges ripoff Beaverton Oregon
After phone call after phone call, Wilshire refuses to correct their "problem" of taking too long to process received payments. We've had a number of payments sent/delivered prior to their late date, but because of their fraudulant procedures, our payments have been late, resulting in late fees.
One payment took so long for Wilshire to process, it resulted in a mark against my credit. And still, they refuse to take responsibility for their practice of processing late.
I own four other homes, and will at some point refinance each one, but I will not work with a mortgage company that will sell the mortgage to Wilshire. Nor will the dozen other real estate investors I know, and the dozen they know.

This could be a deliberate attempt to damage your credit to stop you from refinancing at better rates with another company. This is the game plan of many predatory refinance companies.
Send ALL payments via Registered Mail with Return Receipt. If they claim that it's still late in spite of having received confirmation of receipt on time, file charges with your state Postmaster General.
