Wilshire is a Debt collector service is not in a business to modify loans!!! they will direct you to go to a Forbearance agreement and after your terms agreement is over they will raise your monthly payment again, or they will put you in another Forbearance agreement ! basically they use straggling home owners as ATM machine; or foreclose on home owner and get kick back from investor.
their service is to represent predatory lender with a collection service, as much as they know how bad you want to stay in the house as much as your payment will increase; also Wilshire will block you from any government program; simply because they will never commission if they let this service ac cour.it is one thing that you can't effort your home and get foreclose on; and it is another thing that a collection agency pretend that they home owner rescue and they are really their to finance their way to foreclose on your home.
