I work in this Currency Exchange through Jackson Hewitt Tax Services, they rent out a space from these people every tax season, and for the two tax season's that I've worked here it's getting worst and worst people actually loiter right in the currency, they walk up to the window while your cashing your checking harrassing the customers for they're money some literally be demanding money and the women that work inside of the currency exchange sit behind that bullet proof glass and myself and the publica re targeted and harassed on a daily basis by theses different characters. I was alsmost robbed one night getting ready to leave out of the currency after weorking a 12 hr shift. I watched these two guys come in and literally satnd over by the phones talking and not patronizing the currency exchange or Jackson Hewitt okay, and him and his accomplis were standing there from about 7.45 until 9pm when they noticed me leaving I guess. I tell you with my right hand pointed toward the sky, If it had not been for my fiance' they probably would have killed me because they think I work with the Currency Exchange, and I don't. I din't have nothin gof value but a cta pass and some money for cigaretts. I told my boss and my regional manager and they really could care less. I really should have called the police, and gotten a ploice report. But I was just so out done because tell my clients when they cash there refunds there to really be carefull, alot of people are robbed over here especially when you come out of this currency exchange. I want to know is the owner of this currency exchange held liable if some god forbid happens to me in this place or leaving this place going home? Then there is the manager Carmen this little hispanic lady she is so rude and nasty to people, I just wish someone could come in and pretend to be a customer and they will see what I am talking about, I can also get other to coberate what I am telling you right now, I coud go on and on about the service here in this place it's terrible. There is a guy that comes in too watch the ladies when they leave out the Currency Exchange at night, but here laterly I haven't even been seeing him. So please get back in contact with me and let me know what we as a communtiy casn do to these establishments that treat the public with no respect at all, and will tell you that my supervisor isn't going to do anything,
I been working for them too long and he know me, because she lirtereally can donwhatever she wants to do and say to you whay ever she wants to say.

I go to this currency exchange quite a bit. I have to admit there a lot of questionable characters around the place especially at night. Security would be a plus, However I went into the currency exchange last week at night. I dont know if it was you but the Jackson Hewitt representative who was on staff at the time was passed out sleeping (i assume) at the desk. Not to be critical but if people want to stay safe they need to present a persona that they are at least alert and resistent to a robbery. Anyone looking to rob someone who came in there and saw this woman sleeping would see it as a golden opportunity to take advantage of someone. I'm not saying its you but this type of behavior invites robberies, etc. If it is a co-worker of yours you may want to talk to her about this behavior as a robber would probably assume that all of the tax workers in that exchange are similarly unalert and open to robbery
