Complaint Review: Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman and Dicker LLP

Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman and Dicker LLP is an aggressive, deceitful, unethical, and ruthless lawfirm. Last year, a lawsuit was filed against two of their clients Nestle USA, Inc and Poptent, Inc. Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelmand and Dicker LLP was hired to defend Nestle, Inc and Poptent, Inc in court in DC. Their client signed a contract agreeing to pay for video commercials produced.

Robert B. Wallace continued to send threatening e-mails to my attorney and I threatening counterclaims, sanctions, and even stated that their client would contest a legitimate agreement Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman and Dicker LLP client Nestle, Inc and Poptent, Inc signed to settle the dispute. Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman and Dicker LLP continued to file harassing motions to dismiss my case that does have merit.

Last year they got a valid claim dismissed. Now, a new lawsuit will be filed based on the new contract their client Nestle Inc and Poptent, Inc signed last year 2010. Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman and Dicker LLP goal is to get valid court claims and lawsuits dismissed and represent the big corporations that steal from middle class Americans, but soon a separate lawsuit will be filed against Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman and Dicker LLP for Tortuous Interference In Litigation, Tortuous Interference with a Contract, Tortuous Interference with Business Relations, Attempted Perjury,  Fraud Upon the Court, and Tortuous Interference in Litigation.


Robert B. Wallace, Partner, DC Office Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman and Dicker LLP robert.wallace@wilsonelser.com sends a threatening letter to my attorney and I last year lying and stating that their client did not approve of the invoices or agreement
to settle the legal dispute that was filed in DC last year and they would be bill us fees for obtaining restraining orders etc.

The letter Robert B. Wallace sent was completely bogus when he knows as well as I do his client signed a contract to pay for the commercials produced and settle the legal dispute. Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman and Dicker LLP goal is to out spend their opponent and drag a lawsuit out as long as they can to get their client Nestle USA, Inc and Poptent, Inc out of paying valid claims. However, their harassing court motion filings are illegal especially when they make misrepresentations in their motions and file harassing motions for summary judgment that state that their are no new contracts when there are new material facts.

Their have been other lawsuits filed against Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman and Dicker LLP and new ones will also be filed.  I lost thousands of dollars as a result of Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman and Dicker LLP unfair and deceptive trade practices and I am going to have them tried before a grand jury for that.
