Complaint Review: Wilson & Goldrick

Folks:

Ever wonder why some houses in Austin are cheaper while others are very expensive? Well, we're going to tell you. It's as simple as knowing who caused it. Her name is Cindy Goldrick, founder of Wilson & Goldrick, located in Austin, TX.

Cindy's widely know for selling those very expensive homes in Austin and the surrounding areas. She founded the firm. Well, guess what? It's pretty easy to sell expensive homes when you make the other ones worth less. This is really easy for Cindy to do. That's because Cindy's husband is City of Austin Public Works Attorney Gordon Bowman.

That's right! Cindy's husband Gordon Bowman works to make sure developers are following the rules when it comes to development, or you would think! Guess what? Gordon appears not to do this at all because we believe it would be a conflict of interest to his wife's real estate firm. That's right.  Gordon Bowman allows fellow Public Works employees to break the law!  And we got the evidence to prove it.

How do we know this, you ask? It's simple as the emails we have in our possession. In the first email, Gordon Bowman told a fellow Public Works employee they would not be covered legally under the city's legal insurance if they acted negligent. Here's the kicker, folks! Gordon was emailed a copy of a memo where a City of Austin Public Works managing employee told that employee to ignore structural engineering aspects of engineering plans. When this employee reported it to other city employees including Gordon Bowman, they were fired. Guess what Gordon Bowman did about it? Absolutely nothing! You would think Gordon would care about public assets that would become defective and cause real estate
values to drop in the future, then? Guess not!

Perhaps Gordon Bowman was too focused on making sure his wife makes the maximum amount of money from real estate. See, the plan is to sell houses for as much money as possible, then when Gordon does nothing to prevent city facilities from having problems, the property owner defaults because the value of their property drops. This way, Cindy will be able to get another  commission the same old story all over again.

But then Gordon screwed his wife. One of the city projects that has major issues involves a pipe bridge that holds up the pipe that services the west side of Austin, the area where Cindy Goldrick lives! We saw this posted at the Domain shopping center as well as copies of the infamous memo Gordon failed to act on.

Did Gordon Bowman do anything to save the city from negative legal consequences? Of course not! Gordon acted like an ostrich: he buried his head in the sand and left it there. It makes people wonder how he ever defended cases as the Assistant District Attorney for Travis County! It is widely known that the infamous memo has been used by lots of  onstruction attorneys to get free money from the city of Austin. Just ask Journeyman Construction. Wouldn't it make sense for the City of Austin to enforce the rules beforehand? It would appear so, but if you're Gordon Bowman, you will want to do as little enforce on the front end so you can have work much later.

Cynthia Goldrick must not deny the fact her husband does many unethical things that will cause real estate sales to drop at her agency such as illegal jailing of employees for requesting past pay stubs for their life saving meds, use of Austin city police to force employees to accept stolen property, blacklisting of former employees who report fraud, retaliation against employees who report fraud, stealing artwork form 3-year-old little Hispanic girls, and several forms of governmental fraud which we cannot name because we must protect the innocent.

Cynthia and Gordon are the parents of three children Robert, Emily, and Katie. She supports the cause of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, participating in their annual Walkathon as well as fundraising for Camp Bluebonnet and the Brackenridge Childrens Hospital. We wonder how these charitable organizations would feel when they find out Cynthia and Gordon are the reason their taxes have increased!
