Wilson Hyundai, Jackson, MS Wanted to do expensive repair Jackson MS Mississippi
I took my 2013 Hyundai Genesis to this dealer for a hole in the transmission pan. Wilson Hyundai quoted me approximately $4,000 for a new transmission, with no other options. I was able to purchase the pan from another dealer and the special transmission fluid on the Internet. A local auto repair shop installed the new pan and fluid. Total cost, less than $400. 1/10 what the dealer wanted!

Good work...no, GREAT WORK! Remember, NEVER go to a dealer for non-warranty service. The FRAUD and DECEPTION which is prevalent on the sales/finance floor has flown into the shop like raw sewage on a down hill street. Keep up a relationship with an independent shop. You will find better customer service and no attempts to PRICE GOUGE you like this dealership pond scum tried. One more thing...this place BOUGHT their PHONEY, useless BBB-BS rating to further add to the deception. The BBB-BS will SELL these PHONEY ACCREDITATIONS to ANY business which wants to buy one. The business continues in its fraud/deception game plan of doing business while hiding behind their PHONEY BBB rating which they PURCHASED just like buying a fake college degree to hang on your wall as a joke. The BBB and all their BS is NOT part of ANY government body and have ZERO POWER to do anything. The ONLY purpose of the BBB and their BS is to try to deceive the public they are some type of law enforcement body, (that's why they refer to themselves as 'the bureau' ) and SELL their PHONEY ratings. Again, you did fantastic work! SPREAD the word as to what they tried to do as well as their PHONEY "rating" which was PURCHASED from the BBB-BS!
