SINCE OCTOBER OF 2018 WILSON MONTOYA HAS TAKEN ALMOST 500k FROM INVESTORS IN HIS REAL ESTATE PROJECTS WITH CONTRACTS AND CHECKS THAT WHERE WRITTEN ON CLOSED ACCOUNTS. HE TOOK 90K FROM ME AND HASN’T PAID ME BACK THE MONEY HE OWES ME.
ALL OF HIS CHECKS BOUNCED. HE HAS CONTINUED TO RAISE MONEY FROM OTHERS WITH THE SAME CONTRACTS AND RETURNS TO PAY SOME OF THE PEOPLE HE OWES MONEY AND ITS BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS SINCE HE HAS PAID ANYONE ANY MONEY.
HE WON’T TELL US WHERE THE MONEY WENT AND CAN’T ACCOUNT FOR ALMOST 500k . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS REAL ESTATE SCAM ARTIS HIS LICENSE IS NOT ACTIVE HE IS A THIEF AND WILL NOT PAY THE PEOPLE BACK OR RETURN THERE PHONES CALLS

Wilson also borrowed about 135k from me giving me post dated checks promising 10% each month Which all the checks per his contract bounced on bank accounts that where closed. He hasn’t paid me my money back in over 10 months since i invested with him.
I used to work for him doing remodeling jobs. He owes a lot of people money. From what i have gathered its close to 500k plus. Several people are looking for him. He will not return any calls to anyone He is a scammer and his real estate license is expired

Wilson Montoya is a real estate scam artis. He took over 100k from me promising me 10% interest on my money each month. He wrote me hot checks from Wells Fargo that bounced and over the last 8 months I haven’t heard a thing from him.
I’m aware he owes a lot of people money and has done the same thing to them as he did to me. He has taken almost 500k from a lot of people from several people i have met that he owes money to them. Do not do business with this real estate scammer His license is not valid anymore expired
