In March, 2012, we purchaed & had installed vinyl for breakfast area & kitchen. Vinyl was to be installed in one piece with no cuts.  Was installed crooked/twisted.  2 months later new vinyl was installed. Bubbles began appearing in breakfast room.  Vinyl in breakfast area was rolled back, glue placed down & vinyl put back down.  Bubble appeared in different area.  Cuts were made around this bubble, re-glued and put back down.

Bubbles are back - 2 of them - and are getting larger.  Called salesman, Wayne, to come see this area.  He stated they would need photos to send to mfrs. rep.  Said they had 'special camera' to photo area.  Waited 3 weeks & heard nothing from him.  We called to see what was going on.  Wayne gave us a time when he would come with 'special camera' to take photos.

Shortly before he was to be here, he  called to say 'special camera' was not in store, he had been held up there & another man woudl come to take photos.  The other man came & took photos with his 'cell phone'.  After hearing nothing from Wayne, we called again to see what was going on.  He stated it would be about 30 days before mfrs. rep would come to see bubbles in vinyl.

At the 1st installation, a stained glass light fixture in breakfast room was broken.  Wilson's Carpet did pay for the repair.  When installer was correcting where carpet in hallway joins vinyl, a heater burned a place in the carpet.  That area is about 3" x 2".  Nothing has been mentioned about replacing carpet in hallway.

Our flooring has never been completed!  This has been going on for 1-1/2 years, much too long!  We expect what we bought and paid for or a refund.

The original flooring in our breakfast room and kitchen lasted 18 years and was still in good condition when we replaced it with vinyl from Wilson's.  We are both in our 70's and on a fixed income and don't need to purchase another floor.

Can't recommend Wilson's Carpet Plus, Summeville, SC or anything!
