I recently purchased a non-stick roasting pan and two non-stick broiling pans direct from Wilton.  First of all, they arrived with scratched finishes on the bottoms, but I wasn't going to complain about it.  The first time I used the pans they became badly stained with the drippings from the roasting chicken.  I was so disappointed in the stain on the finish I wrote to Wilton to complain.  They told me that's the way it is..."normal use".  So I noted the lack of care about their products and continued to use the pans.  On the third time I used the small broiling pan I was preparing to wash the pan by wiping out the drippings from the bottom with a paper towel.

As I wiped the drippings away some of the finish also came off.  I now have a broiler pan I can't use with the bare metal showing thru...it can't be safe to use.  I wrote again to Wilton to tell them about the damage to the finish.  They asked for photos which I sent.  Their reply was that the "stains and discoloation are due to normal use".  They didn't bother to address the damaged finish.  Apparently they think it doesn't matter if the non-stick finish comes off.  I've never had a non-stick finish stain the way the Wilton pans do.  I bought from Wilton because I thought they had a good reputation for bakeware.  I do have cookie sheets and muffin tins from Wilton and they are fine.  Because they don't seem to care enough about their products to stand behind them I would not recommend using any Wilton products.
