Complaint Review: Win Win Equipment

I bought a scissor lift that Tyler Scigouski dba Win WIn had offered on Ebay. I talked with Tyler and George at Winwin equipment about the lift before buying it. They told me it had low hours, was in great condition, that they had completely inspected it, that it was there in there yard and that it could be delivered in about 5 working days.

The facts were that that the machine was total JUNK when I got it . They INSISTED that I wire the funds to them (big mistake ... always pay by credit card or PayPal) and said they'd arrange for delivery. It took 4 weeks for the lift to be shipped because it turned out either: they did not have parts OR they didn't have possession of my lift. When the truck with the lift arrived, we couldn't get the lift off the truck because the controls didn't work. We had to pay the trucking company $265 extra for standby time while we had a repair company come to the lift to jump-wires it so that it could be offloaded. It cost us $2300 to have the lift repaired and made operable since the control panel was completely ruined.

Tyler Scigouski and his sidekick George are about as bad as they get. Don't buy anything from these jokers unless you want to get ripped off. If they had real any real assets I'd sue them ..More Lies these people just deny everything, truly unbelievable. You can easily look up their Dunns Account and see how old they are along with generated revenue. So much false information in their response below ,it's beyond Shameful!
