Complaint Review: Wind Electric Company

Wind Electric Company contracted me to do mechanical design and mechanical drafting for their home use wind electricity generation systems. I did the work, the display on the web site and offers to sell the system prove this. They have refused to pay the remaining balance they agreed to pay me, even after several requests to pay. I even allowed much extra time for them to produce parts and generate sales and cash flow. They now refuse to pay and they refuse to reply to any of my requests.
