Complaint Review: Wind Storm Vaccums

Talk about being ripped off, Wind Storm Vacuum is right up there with the big dogs. This is a very low cutthroat group folks. December 12, 2005 I purchased a vacuum from Windstorm. The TV offered stated by one get one free. I ordered one; therefore I should have received two (2 for 1), along with a 5-year warranty for 2 vacuums. Four vacuums were delivered (pure junk). I returned them all. Total rip-off cost, $453.70 including return shipping.

The first time I called, I was told that my American Express account would be credited in a few days. That was January 9, 2006; my account has yet to be credited. For weeks now the phone number has been disconnected, customer service (found on the Internet) puts me on hold never to return. The website they sent me to will not let me fill out the complaint form; apparently, they are not the same company. I will report these guys as often as I can, I will never give up.
