Windmill Inn & Suites Vomit in bed. Refused refund. No management. No one to speak too. Branson Missouri

After checking into my hotel room, the next day I woke up and noticed something crusty was on my leg. I checked the blanket and found vomit on the underside and bottom of the blanket. I reported this to the front desk staff and immediately asked to speak to management about a full refund. I was told there was NO management for the company and I would have to speak to the owner about a refund. The owner was not working that day and I was advised I would have to wait until the next day to speak to him about a refund. I stayed another night and the next day was told the owner was not coming in and they were unable to give me a refund.  I requested to speak to the owner and was guaranteed a call but never received one. The hotel staff was incredibly rude and kept insisting that I had myself vomitted on the bed and was trying to cover it up. The entire time I felt like I was on trial defending myself and my guest.  It was the worst experience of my life and I felt like it was truely criminal.  At one point I was in the lobby with the front desk clerk when "Sue the Laundry lady" as well as the "maintainance" man walked in. I was trying to explain to them about the vomit in my bed but they refused to believe me, refused to give me a refund, and verbally attacked me together. I was eventually granted a 1 day refund but I believe both days should have been refunded.
