Complaint Review: Window Max

Window MAX or Max Renovations San Diego location

I was an employee of the company and quit due to unprofessional behavior by the sales coordinator, Don.  The amount is $6289 so any advice on how to pursue legal action against this business is accepted. 

I was asked to come in to the office to receive my final check.  When I arrive, Don started making excuses not to pay and then called the police when I got angry for him wasting my time and for his unprofessional attitude in bringing me to the office & not paying what is owed.  I know there is public record of other lawsuits regarding Window Max and hope that the other locations can be made aware of how the behavior of the San Diego location is hurting their reputation.  Don ordered the wrong material and then tried to sue the customer for nonpayment.  These kind of reports are not being printed by the BBB.  You can also see Yelp.com in San Diego for some of the customer complaints.  There are also suppliers that have been berated by this sales manager - Malibu Windows, American General Financing, Wells Fargo, Anderson Windows (supplier).  This individual also called one of my customers and threatened them rudely since he said they had passed their 3 day cancellation period.  This was unprofessional but further, he called the wrong number.  He had the wrong customer!   This kind of attitude is the reason I left the organization and I just want the money that is owed.  Please help.


Please help with how to get them to pay what they have agreed and to find why the BBB doesn't print the complaints against this organization.
