My husband and I ordered blinds from Window Visions of Florida via the internet on Aug. 2, 2004. We never received our product after 1 month. I called "Bob" who stated the blinds were held up in their Georgia plant and would be shipping to us in 4 days. We never received blinds.

After 1 week I called again and told Bob I wanted our money credited to us. He stated that he would look into it and call me back. No call back, no credit. It is now Nov 6, 2004 and we have not received blinds nor our money. This company also withdrew another amount of $140.86 on Nov 5, 2004 from our debit card which was an unathorized transaction, and what I consider fraudalant activity.

My bank has since tried to contact Bob to no avail and I have 2 disputes with the bank trying to get our money back from this scam of a company. I have also filed claims with the Florida BBB, the district atty of Fl, consumer affairs and the Trade Commission about Window Visions. The BBB stated to me that Window Visions has a "long path of complaints".

They will spew every lie known to man as to why you arent getting your blinds or how they "accidentally" withdrew funds from your account unathorized. They also NEVER answer their phone or return calls... probably because they have so many complaints against them.

Please if you have any problems with this company, contact the Fl BBB, the DA & the Trade Commission and file a complaint. This is the only way this company will be stopped from scamming consumers.
