Complaint Review: Windows For Life DFW

A very untrustworthy business run by Scott Graham and Tabitha Deal Graham. Windows For Life DFW was hired to do some repair to a few water damaged window boxes. Instead of being up front and saying it was outside of their expertise, Scott hired sub contractors to do the work for him. When we came by to inspect, the workers had demolished all of the window boxes. The two workers has no idea how to do basic carpentry, and built back the boxes using the now broken wood. There were holes into the walls big enough to fit your fist into, yet Scott said it was waterproof and finished. We asked for our deposit back since the work was very unsatisfactory, but Scott went MIA. This seems to be an ongoing trend for Scott, as many people have said he disappears. After our incident, I contacted Thumbtack to start a case, but I was told that Scott canceled his service with that website, and they were unable to contact him again. We hired another contractor to fix the damage, and this resulted in over $8500 worth of repairs. We filed in small claims court and won a full judgement against Scott, Tabitha, and Windows For Life DFW. Once he was served the judgement, Scott has apparently disappeared from DFW entirely.

That being said, we filed for writ of execution and soon, the Tarrant County Sheriff will have a court order to confiscate their belongings and assets, and auction them off to repay my judgement against them. For those that have been scammed, or are going to get scammed by Scott, here are some things you should know.
1. Both Scott and Tabitha have a long rap sheet (mainly in Oklahoma) which include drug offenses.
2. Tabitha Deal Graham is a convicted felon in Oklahoma for theft.
3. Their address listed online is for their previous apartment. Their current home address and business location is run out of:
7913 March Court
Fort Worth, Tx 76123
That is the address you need to send your served papers to.
4. The shadiness continues when you find out that each morning, they switch work trucks at the above address. They rarely drive the same truck.
5. Trucks are registered to Robert Briggs (618 N. Oak Branch Rd, Waxahachie, Tx 75167); Clif Gibson of Watauga, Tx, and Pris Mex Quartz located at 4208 Joshua Ln, Dallas, Tx 75287; and Sons Design & Manufacturing, Inc located at 1541 Central Park Drive, Hurst Tx 76053. (Listed as a "machine shop" Pris Mex Quartz is run by Victoria L. Crowe and her number is 214.679.5575.
6. If you go to Sons Design & Manufacturing, Inc and drive to the back, they usually have the garage door open, and it looks like a chop shop, which wouldn't surprise me with all of the legal issues found. This is where Scott drives to most, and you can catch him there early in the morning for those of you who care.
