The Windshield Magician of Oxford replaced my wife's windshield, and the first day it got hot the windshield cracked - only 3 days after install. I took it back thinking they would take care of it. The owner, Ronnie Cannon, refused to do anything and claimed it was a nick that was caused by us. I can assure you it was no nick in the glass. The glass cracked the 1st day it was out in the sun and heat - 3 days after install. The crack was due to improper installation and pressure. I even got out a magnifying glass to show him there is no nick in the glass anywhere. A nick is very easy to see under a magnifying glass, and there was certainly no nick. However, it was obvious the owner wasn’t going to warranty the work and was going to make up excuses.
If you take your car here, don’t expect any type of warranty. After trying to reason with the owner, his parting sarcastic words were “Thank you for your whining”. I think his comments are an example of the type of service you can expect from this business.
I am not writing this report out of spite. I am trying to warn off any other unsuspecting customers and prevent them from getting ripped off.
