It may be tempting to try and save some money but these guys will RIP YOU OFF! The price they quoted me was very different than the price I paid- the old bait n switch. Their quote was only a few bucks less than other guys who ARE legit. They will not return any of your phone calls or help you resolve any issues if they break something, or if you have a problem with their service after they get your money.
Their site CLAIMS to be BBB accredited but if you check BBB's site, these guys are not even registered, let alone accredited. Their "office" numbers seem to all be forwarded to their personal cell phone. These guys are clever enough to know how to get ranked high on Google but they don't give a rat's a*s about pride in their work, or getting referrals from happy customers!
Call a big name like Safelite or someone else, and check with BBB FIRST! DO NOT support these guys, or ANY company that views customers as people to be hustled, then disappear. Support businesses who care about quality and customer service! I LOVEreferring friends and family to solid businesses that make me happy!
I needed my windshield replaced, so I searched on Google and these guys came up 1st or 2nd on the list. I do not want to give too much detail of what happened because these guys have my home address and I DO NOT trust them! I am sure that there are plenty of other people they've burned.When they were done, the job looked horrible, they broke parts on my car, and they left a big mess.
I have been calling them for over a week now and they are ignoring my calls and they keep putting me off and lying to me about coming back to fix it.

we are a company that strive for highest level for customer satisfaction. all of our customer are informed about the products, pricing, brand, and warranty that will given. we offer the highest level oem product as well as inexpensive aftermarket product. the customer has the option to choose the product that they will be recieving. we also inform customers upfront that we do not warranty aftermarket product, due to the fact that they are prone for defects and tend to be thinner. our oem products are available at a premium cost. regarding the bbb. cunsumers need to understand that, if a company does not pay a premium to the bbb they will unlist or give the company an f rating.unfortunately we cannot satisfy 100 percent of customer because of the choices that they made when purchasing the product and turn out not to be happy about it. it is sad to see that this person had to go through this extensive level of slandering our company because they are mad at themselves for the choices they made of buying an aftermarket product. and clearly are mad beacuse the little tax for the part. our prices that are quoted does not include tax. customer are informed that tax will be apply. if anyone have any questions or concerns please contact our company at (951) 213 7885 thank you for reading
