I purchased two dresses on Friday 2/10 from your Roseville, CA store for my birthday weekend. That Saturday evening when I had the first dress on and getting ready I realized it had ripped down the side. I had not even left my hotel room yet.

I took the dress off planning on taking it back and put on the other dress and went to cocktails. Leaving from cocktails the snap at the back of the second dress ripped. I had to back up to my room and change again. I called the store and told them what happened and they said just bring them back its ok I don't have the tags on them (obviously because I had put them on).

When I got there they said no return/exchange because they were worn. Of course they were worn that is where the problems started. The sales associated even admitted to me, through her attitude, that one of the dresses always rips like that. They just sew them up. That to me was admitting that they know they sell faulty clothing. She said somehow it was my fault and would not help me.
