Where to begin? In its heyday, the Windsor Place Circle Apartment Complex was indeed the best place to live. You always looked forward to coming home, you were never afraid to talk to your neighbors, everyone took care of each other, and you got along well with the landlord and their boss. That was in mid-2009 when I moved here, and thought this was a wonderful place. It was for a while, but until change in policy, and management, this place had gone to hell in a hand basket. In 2009, it was never about money, it was about the tenants, and their privacy was always respected. Inspections were once every three months and the privacy of the tenants were respected and honored. Now, 2014,  inspections are four times a year! A YEAR! The privacy of the tenants are now invaded, and now the landlady and district property manager can unlawfully look in such places as your fridge, freezer, behind your washers and dryers, closet (yes, I said closet), toilets, bathtubs, etc!

One elderly lady, who always keeps a very pristine-looking apartment unit failed inspection because she had a baking sheet in her oven! In her oven! Can you believe that? People who pass inspection are the ones who kiss the a** of the landlady and suck up to them which is really disgusting! About 94% of the people who live here don't like the landlady and her boss, and she is failing (and evicting) them for the stupidest, nit-picky reasons there ever was! When she says someone passed inspection, sometime later, she turns right back around and hands them a letter saying they failed inspection and violated their lease. An example of violating lease is: bringing in a pet when there is a "No Pet" policy, or they bring in a pet without paying the pet fee up front. Other legitimate examples are, and this happens on a daily basis: Getting evicted when the tenant does not pay rent on time, damage to property is done, or tenant uses property for illegal purposes. Those are all legitimate reasons to evict somone, not if they are messy, posess a firearm, or if the landlady/landlord doesn't like them!

The landlady and the district property manager treat inspections like it's a police procedure. Since when did apartment inspections become police protocol?! It's NOT law enforcement-related! So far, the landlady Tammie Moore and District Property Manager Lee Toler have already violated the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th amendment to the United States Constitution and they are looking for reasons to kick out more people so they can make more money! Kicking someone out because the apartment complex doesn't look like a multi-million dollar estate and we're not all drinking champagne and eating caviar is not only invalid, but it's unjustifiable! The company that Miss Moore works for are forcing their agenda on her and want Windsor Place to look like their lavish, posh multi-million dollar corporation, and evicting people because of cobwebs, dirty base boards, dirty light fixtures, and tubs that need to have dirt-dissolving acid poured into them is not only stupid, but it's absurd as well! Not to mention getting nit-picky and anal retentive over a floor that is not to their standards when you have worked so hard to get it cleaned, and the worst part about it, it's a floor that needs replacing and they are too prideful to see that! If you are thinking of moving to Windsor Place Circle in Randleman, North Carolina, let me remind you: DON'T! The landlady and district property manager are full of sh** and hypocritical, and their methods of inspection are unconstitutional, unorthodox, criminal, and unlawful!
