Windstorm Singervac tv advertisment rip off Commerce California
on 9-29-05 i ordered the singervac from the TV ad,
from singervac.the total was $196.85. the amount was taken from my debit master card from the bank.
as of 11-11-05, i have still not recieved my order. i have called the 800 716-8667# and they tell me to emailthem for faster service. so on 11-7-05 i emailed singervac. this is what they emailed me back.

thank you for your inquiry, a customer care representative will personally respond to your email within the next 24 hourswith the level of service that you can expect with the igia singervac service.
as of today 11-11 05 i still have not heard from the pepresentative.

well it is 11-30-05 and i still do not have my order
the singer lazor storm i ordered still has not came. i did finally get in touch with some one from the customer service. and they gave me a TRacking # when i called the company they told me that was not a tracking #. so they gave me a fake #.
i have always had the upmost cofidence in the singer name , but this has really made me stop and think,.
i will never buy another singer product. i may not get my $200.00 back. but i have sure learned a lesson.you cant even trust the ads on the tv anymore.

just wanted to say i have not recieved my order as of 11-16-0 and still canot get any one to respond to my phone calls or emails
