Windstorm Vac was billed for two vacuums and received none. I would like a refund but have had no luck. this was in Dec. 2005 Los Angeles California
I ordered one vacuum and was to get another free. i recieved no vacuums but my account was chareged 243.82. i want a refund. i have been trying since Dec. 2005 to get this straightened out. I would appreciate any help i could get.
