Windy City Quality Foods Awful Meat, Very low Quality, and rip-ffed my son Gurnee Illinois

OMG!  The sales man got a hold of my son, my son said he could only afford the hamburgers, salesman pleaded with him please I need to sell all these steaks they are worth $400.00 and I will give them all to you for $140.00.  My son felt bad and gave him the last of   his money, mind you my son is young and doesn`t know any better about scammers. I was pissed when my son came in with these steaks, well we tried them.
 
They are NOT quality steaks ,  hamburgers he said was chopped sirloin...... hamburgers were beige and not looking like red meat.  The steaks were awful and no one could eat them all nervey and tuff, no one could chew them, no taste, what you tasted was like a liver quality and  some were marinated.   I was so embarrassed with my guests at dinner.
 
How in the world are you in business?  So mad and disappointed, and ripping off my son hurts the worst.!

We have made a number of attempts to take care of the issue.  It is company policy that we will exchange your product if you're unhappy.  We cannot just refund money on food days and months later.  We have been denied multiple times the chance to take care of this.  All this customer seems interested in doing is writing a lot of bad reviews online.  You're son was not scammed.  He was offered a deal on a package of steaks and he chose to buy them.  If he was scammed you would have never received a product nor had the opprotunity to keep talking back and forth with me.  If you're seriously unhappy you should do what any normal person would do and exchange the product instead of wasting your time writing a bunch of reviews.  If you buy a TV it has a warrenty.  If it breaks you exchange it.  This is food and every cut it not going to be perfect and that is why we guarantee it.  I hope this makes sence to everyone.  We have very few complaints and have excellent ratings.
