Ordered a Le Grape Uncorking Machine and Table Stand Set from Wine Accessory on the internet.  All pictures show the wood in the base as a dark walnut stain.  On the box I received all the pictures show a dark stain.  Very classey looking.

When opened as a gift the wood was blonde almost white - not classey looking at all!!  I called the phone number on the internet that say exceptional customer satifaction.  Got Fred Fidura who was listening to my message I was leaving and he was very rude.  Said what do you want thats the color the factory sent.  He went on to say "How much did you pay for shipping" I told him $19.99 he replyed "thats a money losser".  Is it my fault the shipping was $19.99 - He sets the shipping cost!

All I was looking for was a new piece of dark wood to screw on to the stand.  He did not want to listen.  I said I have never written a complaint but would this time and he didn't care.

Not a company I will ever use again and recomend no one else does!!
