Wine Chateau charges your credit card way before they ship your order. They regularly ship the wrong items, and when you return the item, they never send you the correct item, and refuse to issue a credit for the item.

I disputed the charge with my bank as I paid by debit card. The bank contacted Wine Chateau, and they said the item was replaced, when it wasn't.

I called them 3 times asking them to replace the returned merchsndise. I was told by 3 different customer service reps that the correct item would be sent out within a week. It never was.
