Complaint Review: WineChateau.com

WineChateau.com Promised two to three day delivery and it has been three weeks and I still do not have my wine! They say they are out of stock but I have called twice and each time was told the wine would be here in two more days! It's been three more weeks! Internet

I ordered two bottles of very expensive wine on Tuesday, June 19th Caymus 2015 Cabernet @ $84.00 a bottle for a 4th of July party.  They advised I would receive delivery in (2) to (3) days. When the wine was not delivered, I called on Monday, June 25th their 888 number to ask about my order.  I was told the wine was being shipped and I would receive it by Thursday, June 28th! When I called on Friday June 29th to find out what happened to my order a Gentleman told me that it was back ordered however, I would definately have it by Monday, 7/2/18. I called on 7/2/18 and spoke with Victoria who advised me it had not been shipped as they did not have both bottles!  I demanded that they overnight me the one bottle that they had!  After many minutes, she advised that they would overnight me the one bottle which I received.  I have still not gotten the second bottle and it has now been 16 days since they told me I would receive it in 3 days!
