Viking Enterprises' shipping policies state:

"Delivery Schedule:
Most orders are custom made for each customer. Cases where an item is "in stock" will normally ship within a few days. In general, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for the delivery of your order. We will keep you informed of any such circumstances that may delay your order.".

A product was ordered and paid to Viking Enterprises immediately through PayPal. Over two months later, the order was not shipped. Because the item wasn't shipped in time, I tried to cancel the order. Communication from company was nonexistant regarding our order status.

I requested a refund from the company. They did not reply. Over 2 weeks later, no refund has been received from Viking Enterprises. They have not contacted me regarding my refund request.

We know of two other people who had similar problems with the same Viking Enterprises. Anyone can write nice company policies, but this company does not follow their own policies.
