On May 28,2020 I dropped my car off to Winner Ford,located in Cherry Hill,NJ to get an estimate and replace the Front Bumper,Chin Splitter,and Splash Shield on my 2013 Mustang. I was given a call on May 29 with a price and the go ahead to do the job was given. In the meantime,I rented a vehicle from Budget Rentals.

I drove past the dealership for 7 days and my car was parked in the same spot. (buried actually) nothing was being done to or for it. Absolutely Nothing !! I waited 11 days...yes...11 DAYS without a courtesy call as to the status of my car. I finally called the dealership on June 8 and was passed around to several people  who had no idea about my car. 

I visited the dealership personally only to find that the parts weren't even ordered. They did not even begin to work on it. Still...no one knew anything about my car... Come to find out that the tech handling my work order no longer worked there. Alright...

NO COURTESY CALL. NO PARTS ORDERED. NO ACCOUNT OR RECOLLECTION OF MY CAR. NO ONE EVEN TOUCHED IT. SHODDY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Why was my car there for 11 days ? Did it get lost or something ? No one knew there's an open work order on it ? The ball was totally dropped on this situation from the top down.

As the "manager" Steve stumbled over excuse after excuse, and tried to bullsh*t his way out of it obviously. Many excuses were given,not one answer or solution offered. I decided it was better off for me to remove my car from Winner Ford.

At this point I am now 12 days into a rental at the cost of $409.31. Winner Ford has failed me as a loyal,return customer of 15 years or better. Rest assured of this fact...I'll never again take my car to Winner Ford for even so much as an oil change. They have lost a valued customer.

As of 7/15/20 my situation with Winner Ford was 
resolved much to my satisfation.
Dino,Michelle and the staff there made sure I was completely satisfied
with the work performed on my vehicle.

 You cannot and should not be expecting any HONEST or INTEGRITY CENTERED interaction with this dealership trash. If you were to have bought a car from this schlock operation, they would have hit you with a BOGUS PAPER-WORK FEE of close to $400! They tell you that right on their website! Since they are playing this FAKE FEE con-game, that tells YOU all you need to know about their HONESTY and INTEGRITY. YOU, nor anyone else needs this crap! You don't need them, they need you and since they tell you up front their intention to hit you with this BOGUS PAPER-WORK FEE, that tells you everything and anything you need to know. Don't EVER go to any dealership for service. There are many outstanding independent shops who do practice honesty, integrity, excellent customer service and won't price gouge you. This place and many others in the Sleazy American Car Business very clearly demonstrate they are NOT in that class!
