This company makes their invoice very hard to read and they are ripping people off. I checked the math on my invoice and it didn't add up. I went and saw the manager and he checked it and they had overcharged me $100.00+. He offered me a credit for work I was having done(warranty work that was never completed correctly and now was costing me 93.00) plus I had asked to have my car detailed (which they charged me $150.00 on my bill for).

When I went to pick up my car(my husband dropped me off fo I had no way to leave my car again)I saw my tires were dripping with tire spray, the rugs and seats were still dirty, the black trim on my car was dull, the interior was not cleaned at all and they had put wax on my hood over bug and tar residue. I had the Auto Body manager come out(Mike Weaver)and he agreed that it was not a good job.

He told me to come back (which was somewhat of a distance from my home but it is where I had bought the Explorer)to get my detail. He never offered to give me a receipt for this so needless to say it was my word against his to get my detail. I called him and said it was inconvenient for me to come all the way back and could I get my $ 150.00 back. He said no!

I would like this company to either give me back my money or give me my detail! Please Help! Thanks.
