I have not been told yet that I will not be given a refund on my $3400 as of yet. I feel a bit ill though with what I feel is coming.

I did the most stupid purchase of my life 2 weeks ago. I fell for the same hype many of you have. I purchased a note finders coarse from the Russ Dalbey clan.

Don't like the way it has been going so I thought I would try and find more info on this person/buisiness. The emails they say they have been sending have not arrived. 6 all total and I have recieved 1. Followed up on this and I get a big "DON'T KNOW what the problem is" excuse.

Granted it has not been very long as far as time goes but for $3400.00 I should have better service and be treated with priorety. At least for my money I would and do expect it.

Read alot of the threads posted here and am not feeling right about what may be coming down the road for me.
Have contacted Chase (the credit card company I used for purchasing)to cancil the payment I made 3 days ago and they said they can't just cancil the payment, I would have to notify the company first. If they refuse they will help me all they can to recoupe my money. They said they will put a red flag on the charge and I would not have to pay the bill till it is resolved one way or the other. Don't know if this means they haven't sent the money out or what. It was of some comfort requesting this cancillation anyway. I maybe making progress.

I did not want to burden the credit card company with a dumb luck story, just told them I believe I made a bad decision on a purchase and wanted out of it. They wanted an explanation so I gave them a brief one, the reprsentative I spoke with seemed to have anger in her voice after that and it wasn't directed towards me. Kinda like she also has been realed in and has a bad taste in her mouth.

Just wanted people to know the first thing to do is to call who ever the finacial institution is you used to pay for the coarse is the first call you should make. If it hasn't been over 5 buisiness days. Might help. Wish I had an American Express card as some others here have had. Would take the chase out of all this head-ache I have at this time. I'll be calling them in the morning to start the proccess. Wish me luck.

Sincerely...Walker
