I signed up for the trial membership for $9.95. I saw it was going to be a worthless program after only a couple of days and sent an e-mail requesting a refund of my $9.95 and cancellation of my "membership." Instead, I received a packet of material at home with no notification of any extra charges for the material. It was only testimonials and how the program works, not the program itself. Last night 4/24/06, I discovered a $67.00 charge debited to my bank account. When I called the customer service line this morning, I was told I only had 30-days to return the material. Now I was stuck with it and there would be two additional charges made to my account. When I asked for proof to be faxed to me where I had agreed to any additional charges or was informed of any additional charges, I was told I would be getting an invoice faxed to me. Again, I asked for proof of any contract, or advisement of charges and again I was told all I would be getting was an invoice.

I got a response from FTC regarding the complaint I filed with them against this company. If any of you are interested in doing the same, the FTC is compiling data, and when they see a pattern of complaints, they will step in to further stop these kind of companies.
