winning the property wars by doug hopkins is a scam.. First it is fronted by Advanced Finincial traing which is the former Premier Mentorig group. Premier changed its name because of so many reported scams and ripoffs of customers.  So change your name no one is the wiser.  Continue with the scamming ways they make a quick buck off the backs of good people.  Here are the datails.   First they bait you with oh come to the free seminar  yea right .  Oh you need to for this one time sign up for the $2000.00 dollar seminar and get all the knowledge you need to flip houses. The weekend of  the seminar just a bunch of mumbo jumbo bull s*** speak.  some facts and figures but not three days worth. oh and then  they say you need to learn these fatcs via a mentor sign up for one of our three packages the cost is $$ get this $23,000.00 to $47,000.00 DEPENDING ON THE PACKAGE.  It was three days of manipulation and high pressure sales.

F*** THEM  there were people in there who I know could not afford a $2000.00 dollar sales picth. Please WARN THE MASSES OF HOPEFUL INDIVIDULS WHO ARE PAYING THE $2,000.00 HOPING TO GET REALY FACTS AND FIGURES. what they get is NOT SOME F***** SCUM BAG NAMED CAZ GIVING INFO SLURRING HIS WORDS AT CACULATED TIMES JUST WHEN HE WAS GIVING SOME FACTS.  WHAT A PERFECT MANIPULATIVE TOOL SO PEOPLE WOULD BE HUNGRY TO PONY UP $23,000.00 DOLLARS SO THEY COULD LEARN.  also I have heard they now have you for $23,000.00 dollars they pressure you into thinking oh you need this additional $20,00.00 dollar package for this knowledge.  Who do they think they are Havard. The f****** a*******.  they are taking advantage of the trusting good working middle classamericans who can not afford  a $2,000.00 dollar pep talk.  f*** them
