winsoftmagic Company will not honor free lifetime upgrades Internet
I purchased and received 3 business licenses for 2012 Advanced JPEG Compressor. I have sent several emails to Winsoftmagic requesting new activation codes to upgrade to the latest version of the software, but have not received any replies or acknowledgement of my emails.
