Complaint Review: Winsoftmagic

I purchased a Winsoftmagic's Advanced Video Compressor software and which came with free lifetime upgrades.

It worked for until they upgraded the software and at the same time changed their licence code format.  I have emailed every email address I can find for them - sales, support, info, webmaster to ask for my new licence and nobody responds.

This is theft and they need to be stopped.  People are being dupped by this company (I see I'm not the only one that's been ripped off).  How can keep getting away with this? if they take our money surely they must, by law, have to send the activation code to make the software usable.

Please don't buy any software from them as there is no guarantee that you will be able to use it.
