Complaint Review: Winstar Casino and Hotel Thackerville

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!! Beware of scams being pulled by casino staff and so called customers. I was sitting at slot machine and had been there for 20 minutes or so when a young lady ran up and stating she had lost a 200.00 voucher. I told her there was no voucher there when I sat down. She acted very distraught and I felt bad for her, but there nothing I could do to help her. About 10 minutes later a casino employee came over and told me she needed to get on my machine. She was rude and started treating me like I was a criminal. Another employee came over and they both were treating me very rudely, would not answer my questions and were extremely rude. This went on for at least 30 to 45 minutes. When I sat down, I put in a voucher for 597.00 and in a few spins, I won 90 dollars on a bonus. When all of this started I had 755.00. It was a horrible experience. They ended up giving me the amount of the voucher I had put in and gave the lady 157. of my money. BEWARE of this scam. I will never go back to WINSTAR in Thackerville, OK.
