Complaint Review: Winstar World Casino And Resort

I Had Receved Coplimentary room at the Hotel several time , However after My Sister was Robbed( Purse Stolen ) Inside the Casino I could not get My wife to go back for a while. Eventually we returned and I received offers to come back . In April of 2019 I received an offer wishing me a Happy Birthday in May And Offering me 2 free nights in May (Excluding Sat,Sun).  When i chose the 2 Days in the Middle of the Week . They would not Give me the Offer

. According to them The only offer so many Complimentary rooms and the Rest must Pay . I thought this was odd as it was for my birthday . And they did not even offer me a Discount. I Tried again with another Customer service representative and  Was to;ld the same . they were maxed out on comp rooms for those days. SO to test this out . I Asked my Cousin to go online and try his players card number Out foor the same days . He frequents the casino and  spends alot of money . Sure enough. The system gave him to complimentary free nights for the same 2 days. So much for the Maxed out part. 2 Of their customer servicepersonnel people Lied to me . The truth would have been much easier and i would have understood.    PLease- Thinks about doing business with a Company who's employees will Lie to you . ,Thank you ---------
