I have done months of research into theses horse racing scams after being Ripped off and found that these winston Pride fools have an office at 8o Davenport Street, SOUTHPORT on the Gold coast. it is on the corner of Nind Street and Davenport Street, They have lunch between 12 and 1pm daily, a couple of them go to the Southport Workers Club for lunch and to spread more lies, it is time someone took a stance.

There are some great programs out there, I am on one at the moment and making good money, but, I want the money back from these Winstn pride pr**ks

Winston Pride - how to get your refund

#2Consumer Comment

Sun, November 29, 2009

Hello,

I wrote a previous report (27 Sept) re these people. I have now received my full refund. If you google "Winston Pride" you will see a New Zealand forum on the title of "How hard is it to get on the ASIC register?" My suggestions are on that forum.

In case you can't get to that forum, here is what we did in order to get our refund :-

* Complained to Winston Pride in writing or by email, requesting a full refund

* Complained to all relevant government departments, in writing, and via the web

* Lodged a Civil Consumer/Trader claim with our local Magistrates Court (previously known as Small Claims Tribunal). This cost us $71.70. Attended Court with all our documents & correspondence. The Magistrate issued us with a "Judgement" in our favour, which meant our Court costs were then added to the requested refund amount.

* We then faxed our Judgement document to the Office of Fair Trading, Queensland (Fax # 07 3008 5946) and asked them what to do next. They made a few phone calls on our behalf and two weeks later our full refund + court costs was in our bank account.

I wish you all the best.

We have learnt our lesson.
