Winston Trapp AKA Affordable Audio And Video , Intech Global , and many other names was contracted  to do security camera work at my home.  He came recommended by the property management company that maintains my home in South Florida.

After agreeing to a proposal of over 70K to set up a state of the art as quoted by Mr. Trapp Vegas Level Security System I proceeded and gave him a deposit of 55K to begin. The system proposed would allow me to monitor my home remotely and record both on site and remotely any activity that my happen while I was absent. One of the key features would be that the system would follow anyone who crossed the path of the cameras. I then handed the project to my management company who participated thru the negotiation process to manage the installation.

I several occasions I received word from my management agent that the work was not being completed timely and that Mr. Trapp was not responding to attempts made to contact him.  After we finally were able to get a hold of him we set a reasonable time frame for completion. Those dates were missed and I ended up flying into Miami to get to the bottom of things. After pleating and begging and threatening to act thru my attorneys that we needed completion Mr. Trapp concluded that the job was done. Winston claimed that the project was completed and scheduled a demonstration and orientation to hand over the system and summit for final payment.

That day we had scheduled for an evening meeting since the system was capable of night viewing. When the meeting came the system was not ready and the video did not work as promised. The night picture was terrible and we soon learned that the system could not track as promised. To shorten things we gave every reasonable opportunity to correct the system but Mr. Trapp was not responsive.  He had simply disappeared with our money and left us hanging. We later learned from the subcontractor Mr. Trapp was using for installation labor on our home, that he did not receive payment for his work and would also seek legal action.

I proceeded and filed a lawsuit against Affordable Audio And Video and Mr. Trapp and won a Judgment against him for 50,221.61. To this date I have not received payment . I have also learned thru other parties that Mr. Trapp has defrauded many others in the state of Florida. Under a number of titles and companies.  He currently owns and operates Intech Global.  Intech Global has a Miami based address listed on the department of corporations website. On one of my attempts to contact Winston Trapp I learned from the landlord that he is not a tenant of his anymore. He was evicted under a different company name several months before he filed his corporation for Intech Global with the state of Florida. If his current business address is fake I recommend to be cautions doing business with Intech Global.

Beware of Mr. Trapp he is a fraud and a con artist with a criminal record. All the information is public records under Miami Dade County Clerk  website you can obtain any of the information by doing a Standard Record Search and Criminal Record Search and entering Trapp, Winston. You will see my lawsuit among many others. You can also use Sunbiz website for Florida Corporations.  There you would   use the (Document Searches) search to find all the corporate information I have spoken about.
