Winter Services, Inc Chris Lenart Does not pay subcontractors for work performed..... McHenry, Illinois
Several snow plowing subcontractors were hired by Winter Services, Inc to perform snow and ice clearing services to several properties located in northern Illinois and to date of this filling have not been paid in full. The total still owed to sub contractors is estimated to be around four hundread thousand ($400,000.00). Several attempts have been made by these sub contractors to collect what is owed but the owner Chris Lenart still has yet to pay. Leins have been filed against several of his clients (property managment companies) including but not limited to Horizon Managment, V-Land, Inland US Managmanet, Foster Premier, Etc.

Emailed you at the claims email you gave. We will see if that is any different than any other email or phone call we have given to you over the last 8 months.
Chris Lenart and Winter Services owe us a substantial amount of money for work we performed last winter.
They are a very shady company. We were lied to multiple times and we did nothing to provoke the way we were treated.
We did the job beyond expectations, even going back to clean up after other contractors so Chris would not lose the accounts.
Do not deal with Chris Lenart, his wife Kamila, or Winter Services Inc out of Mchenry if you want to get paid for the work you perform.

Its sad that you actually have an email set up just for claims against you and your company, and you try to say that you have paid all your sub contractors is even a bigger joke! Several of them have filed lien waivers against you, your company and your clients.

As an employee of Winter Services, Inc, to this very day, Mike Randall has never worked for Winter Services, Inc, nor is any of this information correct.
