Ordered service to clean up all errors on my computer. their scan shows no errors?? i had over 1400 errors so i called them up and told them to cancel order and put money back in the bank,that was 9/4/12 neither winzip nor performersoft can find my file?? one is contracted by the other. order#66542746 i have contacted each of them and they tell me to call the other one i am plain tired and upset of going back and forth and not getting anywhere.
