Over two business days ago I had a wire transfer initiated from a bank which I have a confirmation email. It is still not in my account and I have used this source before and it shows up w/in the hour. I have contacted customer service several times and all they can say is wait and the lady said almost every other call she is getting is people having the same issue. I have also sent a complaint to BankFirst and they responded that WIRED PLASTIC was sold to BankCorp. I have sent an email to them as well and the FDIC. We all know it will take several days for them to do anything. It is a shame that they can get away with causing people economical hardship like this. I would of had the sender direct deposit it if I Knew this was going to happen. The whole reason for wiring is to get it immediately.

I recommend using other sources if possible. This is not the first issue I have had w/them in which I have had this account for over a year. They have held up monies, not processed transactions when I had more than enough funds to cover leaving me stranded at a gas station out of town. They blame it on computer system failures on their part and sorry about that. RIGHT. I am guessing someone is earning a little interest money playing these games.

Anyone else have this problem?
