I have been trying to call Customer Service at the call center to speak with a live agent. They have been having calls drop out a cue and disconnecting for several months. I have a HOLD authorization on my account and the merchant has been trying to call to advise them that it will not be a charge and to release so the transaction can be credit to my account. The merchant can not get through. They tried 13 times and have now given up. Every time the call is dropped and no live connection is made. When I finally got in touch with a supervisor they told me that the Tech Department is working on it. It did take me 15 times of calling for 3 hours to get someone to talk to me. I later spoke to a rep who said she would have a Supervisor call the merchant and took the name and extension number from me. When speaking to them again today I found that no one had done anything and no notes were documented on my account. This is a circle of poor customer service where you tell the customer anything and do nothing. I am also told today the NO ONE can make outgoing calls, Managers do NOT communicate with clients, and have been greeted with " the buck stops with me " attitude.
