The company offered a $75 customer loyalty rebate. In order to qualify, I had to purchase a phone and activate a cingular wireless service plan. I had to keep the plan for at least six months and provide a wireless bill proving that the previous balance had been paid in full. Plus, I had to submit all documentation no later than 210 days after activation.

It was impossible to show a 6 month bill paid in full and make the 210 day deadline. My rebate was deemed invalid because my rebate claim was postmarked too late.

I think they make the purposely make the deadlines impossible to make so that don't have to pay out the rebates. Since I purchased 2 phones I am out $150.
