I ordered phones ,off the internet for me and my daughter, thinking this is a good deal...Well, almost a year later here i am still fighting... I saved all paperwork and copy of payment and did every thing to the tee as to what they said to do to get rebate..I waited 2 mos.. then i started calling them, getting a recording saying how long it would take for the rebate to come. i filed this ripoff thing before but probably didnt do it right.. ive wrote to papers and news chanels, hoping for help...After all 300 dollars is alot of money...when living on s.s .tonight i called and finally got a person ,who told me they only have one of my rebates i sent 2, they give me a new adress and said to send again... well im worn out..

Misunderstanding of Ripoff Report Purpose

Maybe you misunderstand what reporting on the Ripoff Report does. It just let's people report about different companies so everyone else can lookup a company to see if you should do business with them. Sometimes you'll get suggestions from other people on how to get money back. But the ripoff report doesn't necessarily go to the company you are complaining about. But the ripoff report doesn't do it for you. You still have to go through Verizon.
