I ordered cell phone accessories for motorolla V3XX telephones (slightly longer than standard V3X version.) Wirefly's website listed the V3XX model for all cell phone covers, holsters, etc. under all of the V3X accessories.

The accessories were too small to fit the V3XX phones, so I followed the instructions for returns promply. No items were used or damaged. Wirefly rec'd my returned items via FedEx within a few days. However, OVER A MONTH LATER - THE CHARGES HAVE NOT BEEN REVERSED ON MY CREDIT CARD. Wirefly states that they can only CREDIT my account with my card company if I provide a fax number for the card company! AND - they wanted me to ask my CARD COMPANY to call their customer service number to request a reverse of charges (SCAM!!!) I believe they are the only retailers in the world to credit a customer's account via fax only. My card company's customer service believes this is a scam. I believe this is a scam on customers - hoping that customers will not be dilligent about checking for credits to their card accounts, and in turn, Wirefly will not reverse the charges (until the customer discovers the credit has not been made) and Wirefly keeps a ton of extra money that is not theirs to keep! (as well as the returned merchandise to resell) Not to mention the hoops that they are asking the customer to jump through to obtain their credit for returned merchandise once the customer discovers that their account has not been credited for the returned items. Some people might just give up because it's such a pain.

DO NOT BUY FROM WIREFLY.COM!!!!
