I purchased a Razr3 cell phone. It was supposed to be free after the $150.00 rebate. After waiting the requested amount of time I filed all the paperwork for the rebate. Upon checking on the rebate a few months after mailing I heard that they were having troubles in their rebate submission department and that they had to go through all of the rebate forms manually to verify that they indeed were legitimate claims.

Now, I cannot get any info, the phone number gives you a "busy" message and hangs up on you, their website for rebates considers my information as erroneous. This will be the last time I order from this company!
