Complaint Review: Wirefly - Inphonic- Cellphonerebates

I to have played that so-called rebate game with Inphonics. I sent in my rebates. Yes rebates to the tune of 75.00 each. Yes I did it in the time alotted, not more then 210 and not less then 180 days from date of activation of phones. This was all done in March.

Everything was rolling along real good, received emails confirming the reception of my rebates. I even had them post after a long time, that they would be mailing my checks out on the 21st of July. Still I was patient.

THEN when I was checking the status of all this, they disapeared on me. Seems now they show up on rebate-zone.com. It stated we have found your information but unfortunately, we are currently reprocessing all recent rebate submissions, including mine...RECENT

What planet do they think I'm from. I might have been born at night but it d**n sure wasn't last night!! I checked on the 8th of august.

Now checking today it appears they say within 3 to 4 weeks.

I have done way more then my share in compliance with these rebates. On the 1st of September I will be contacting the Office of the Attorney General Consumer and Trade Protection Section to pursue legal action.
