Wirefly - Nextel ripoff sent me cellphones but no service in my area said they may charge a $200 deactivate fee plus $250 terminatoin fee Internet
I really don't know what's going to happen yet.Iknow I order 2 Nextel phone from Wirefly and when they arrived the informatoin in the box with the phones said your phones are actived and ready to use your tempary # is. I try for 3 hours to call some one. My daughter came in and said mom" we have no service here in this county for nextel."" They don't have towers here"
I called the 800 # and was told I might have to pay $200 for deactivion and $250 termination fee.I told them if one penny cames out of my account for service that I don't have I will contact the Attorney General.I don't know whats going to happen yet.I call and sent the phone back this just happen on 11/8/2006.I will let you know how things go.Thank You,

I ordered two camera phones off of the internet from wireFly.com for Sprint service and when they came to me they were not camera phones. I contacted WireFly and Sprint off of the papers that were provided in the box. I was also told not to us the phone what so ever or break the plastic they came in, if I did I would be obligated to the terms and conditions of the service and phones.
I spent about 4 hours on the phone between Sprint and Wirefly to resolve the matter
I sealed the box up put the return label on the box and handed the box to the first UPS driver I saw and have heard no more about the phone since. This was June of 2005.
So my advise to you is do not break the seal on the phones send them back. IF YOU DID BREAK THE SEAL AND TRY TO USE THE PHONES YOU ARE STUCK.
